About The Role
The AI Business Analyst & Product Lead will be pivotal in designing and orchestrating AI-driven change at Fundraise Up. You will partner with departmental leaders to reimagine workflows, building the vision for human-AI teams. This role demands a strategic leader who excels at process deconstruction, stakeholder management, and change management. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact in a high-stakes environment.
What You'll Do
- Process Deconstruction: Lead in-depth workshops with stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Finance) to conduct precise mapping of current workflows, identifying specific bottlenecks ripe for agentic automation.
- Blueprint Creation & Autonomy Governance: Design the detailed future-state architecture for departmental functions, explicitly defining collaboration protocols, task handoffs, decision rights, and critical human-in-the-loop oversight points.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop a detailed, twelve-month transformation roadmap. Construct data-driven business cases for solutions, contrasting build vs. buy decisions, and prioritizing implementations based on technical feasibility and quantified ROI models.
- Curriculum Development & Change Management: Design, author, and deliver all technical and operational training curricula (e.g., documentation, specialized workshops) required to transition end-users into effective collaborators with newly deployed AI agents.
- Impact Verification: Implement robust tracking mechanisms using specific KPIs (e.g., task completion rate, decision accuracy, departmental throughput change) to measure and verify the deployed solutions' business impact.
About You
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, product management, or operations within high-growth technology environments.
- Demonstrable experience working with stakeholders to build and deliver an end-to-end strategy that transforms the performance of a business, team, or workflow.
- Deep experience driving organizational change and minimizing friction during the adoption of disruptive new technologies.
- Proven ability to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited oversight, including managing work streams and coordinating stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communicator; able to convey updates, impact, and insights clearly and credibly to senior audiences.
- A practical, business-oriented approach — you're motivated by tangible outcomes, time savings, and cost reduction.
