About the Role
I'm the Head of Talent at SecurityScorecard, a cybersecurity SaaS company, and I'm building a suite of internal AI-powered tool: candidate evaluation engines, hiring manager coaching tools, and interview analysis pipelines. This is internal product work sitting at the intersection of talent operations and AI.
I need a hybrid: someone who can participate in process discovery and business analysis work, and also get hands-on with LLM testing, deployments, and QA. You don't need to be a software engineer. But you need to think like a BA and execute like someone who isn't afraid of a terminal window.
What You'll Do
Business Analysis & Process Work
• Support or co-facilitate process discovery workshops: sit with stakeholders, document current-state flows, identify gaps and opportunities
• Deconstruct business workflows and translate them into structured requirements or process maps
• Produce clean documentation from workshops, voice notes, or rough inputs: process flows, decision trees, SOPs
• Identify where AI can be embedded in a workflow: not just automate tasks, but genuinely improve how work gets done
AI & Technical Execution
• Run Railway deployments using provided PowerShell or CLI scripts: execute, validate, report back
• Test LLM prompt outputs and flag calibration issues with clear reasoning (e.g., 'this response is overscoring, here's the pattern I'm seeing')
• Support A/B testing workflows: run trials, log results in structured format, summarize findings
• Do light QA on web app features: walk through flows, surface bugs, confirm fixes
• Research and benchmark comparable tools or approaches; summarize findings in clean, usable docs
What We're Looking For
• Genuine BA instincts: you ask 'why does this process work this way' before jumping to solutions
• Strong English written communication: you will document, summarize, and flag issues clearly and concisely
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini): you use them daily, understand prompting, and can evaluate output quality critically
• Basic technical literacy: can follow deployment scripts, read error messages, and troubleshoot with guidance: not a coder, but not intimidated
• Self-directed: you receive ambiguous work, you structure it, you execute, you report back: no hand-holding required
• Detail orientation: this role often means catching what's wrong, not just doing what's asked
Nice to Have
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding/development tools
• Prior work supporting a product manager, solutions architect, or technical lead in a BA or analyst capacity
• Exposure to Python, Flask, or web app basics — you don't need to code, but reading code helps
• Familiarity with Railway, GitHub, or similar deployment and version control platforms
• Background in HR tech, recruiting operations, or SaaS — the tools you'll support live in these domains
Engagement Details
• Location: Remote, Philippines
• Hours: Full time. 7am to 3pm PT
• Rate: $5–$10 USD/hour based on demonstrated skills: open to discussion
• Start: Immediate: preference for someone available within 1–2 weeks
