Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

AI Project Management 
Alignment & goal setting: Defines the specific business problem the AI will solve. Identify and sets measurable success metrics.
Prioritization & ROI management: Prioritizes use cases that offer the highest value (cost / revenue), defining the product vision and roadmap.
Internal stakeholder management: Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, provides progress updates and work out solutions to meet project timeline / deliverables. 
Vendor management: Provides context on business operations, validates that the output solves the intended problem, and ensures actionable insights.
Risk management & compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with data privacy or biased outputs.
Performance monitoring: Monitors actual performance, ensuring it aligns with business goals and manages the feedback loop for improvements.

Execution and Automation (Project Implementation & Daily Operation)
Process owner: Designs workflows, bridging the gap between technical teams and operational needs.
Content generation: Utilizing AI for use cases related to sales or service. 
Data analysis: Using AI to analyse large datasets, predict customer behaviour, and forecast trends.
Daily operation: Basic system monitoring, logging issues, and escalate to appropriate team members for resolution. 
Continuous improvement: Defines product strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals.
