Currently we are looking for an AI & Automation Intern intern to join Littelfuse HR Operations team. Use the chance to gain professional skills and take-on-the-job training in a truly global company! Spend 6 months as paid intern working in a hybrid form.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and documentation of AI and automation opportunities within HR processes, with a primary focus on Talent Management.

  • Observe current HR workflows, identify repetitive or manual steps, and propose process improvements enabled by automation or AI.

  • Assist in designing, testing, and enabling AI-driven solutions, agentic automation, and intelligent workflows using Microsoft tools.

  • Contribute to pilots, proof-of-concepts, and documentation related to HR automation and AI initiatives.

  • Support additional HR process improvement and digital transformation initiatives beyond Talent Management when needed.

About you:  

  • Student in Mathematics, IT, business management studies (or related studies), interested in gaining hands-on experience  

  • Motivated, proactive and eager to learn Microsoft toolkits – Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure Foundry and Microsoft Fabric 

  • Available to work in a part-time/full-time role 

  • Interested in fixed term opportunity  

  • Great communicator and fluent in English (written and verbal)   

  • Motivated to join an international and fast-paced environment  

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail  

The salary range is 1250 to 1450 EUR gross per month, but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
