As our AI & Automation Engineer, you will be the primary architect and administrator of our enterprise AI ecosystem. Your mission is to turn our fragmented company data into a unified, actionable knowledge base. You won’t just be "connecting apps"—you will be building custom AI agents, automating cross-functional workflows, and partnering with department heads to ensure AI is solving real-world business problems.

What you will do:

• Ecosystem Management: Lead the technical deployment and ongoing optimization of our AI gateway, ensuring deep integration with our entire SaaS stack (Slack, Jira, Salesforce, GitHub, etc.).
• AI Agent Development: Design, build, and maintain custom AI Agents within our AI gateway to automate repetitive tasks and provide instant internal support for various departments.
• SaaS Automation & Orchestration: Identify opportunities to automate workflows between SaaS tools using APIs and third-party automation platforms (like Zapier, Workato, or n8n).
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the internal consultant for teams (Sales, HR, Engineering, etc.) to understand their unique workflows and build tailored AI solutions that improve their "time-to-information."
• Data Governance & Security: Work closely with the Security team to ensure AI access mirrors our existing permissions and that sensitive data remains protected within the AI environment.
• Product Evangelism: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to drive high adoption rates and help employees get the most value out of our AI tools.

What you will bring:

• ntegration Expertise: Proven experience managing enterprise-level SaaS integrations and working with REST APIs.
• AI/LLM Familiarity: Solid understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) work in a business context.
• Search & Data Architecture: Experience with enterprise search, indexing, or knowledge management systems.
• Automation Background: Proficiency in low-code/no-code automation tools or scripting (Python/Node.js) to bridge gaps between platforms.
• Glean: Strong preference for those with experience with Glean.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience working with AI and automation.
• The "Translator" Ability: You can take a complex request from a non-technical Marketing manager and translate it into a technical AI prompt or workflow.
• Problem-First Mindset: You don't just implement tools; you look for the friction in a process and solve it.
• Agility: You’re comfortable in the fast-moving AI space where features and best practices change weekly.
