Research & Development : Explore AI agent frameworks, LLMs, and automation tools to identify the best fit for department needs.Prototype, test, and iterate on AI agent solutions.
Process Automation :Analyze existing workflows in the Services Department to pinpoint inefficiencies. Build AI agents to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, reporting, knowledge retrieval, or customer case triaging.
Integration & Implementation :Connect AI agents with existing enterprise tools, knowledge bases, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, CRM, ticketing systems).Ensure smooth integration between services and support teams through automation.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain clear documentation of AI agent design, capabilities, and usage guidelines.Provide regular progress updates to the Services leadership team.
