AI Adoption Specialist guides Ops team in successfully implementing and maximizing the use of AI tools and solutions by identifying use cases, providing training and technical support, tracking adoption metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to overcome barriers. The role bridges business needs with technical AI capabilities, ensuring the adoption of new technologies delivers measurable value and aligns with strategic goals. AI adoption Specialist supports Junior AI adoption specialist via sharing best practices and knowledge. Specialist also works as an Audit Analyst in case of business need (as a secondary responsibility) ensuring continuous and uninterrupted invoice/shipment data audit process via the following means – constant support of other roles within Operation department (DES, IA, RMS, CST, DE), pro-active preventive approach in issues handling, analysis of trends and deviations within Client environment.
Main tasks
Identify AI opportunities via work with main stakeholders to find and evaluate use cases
Offer expertise to integrate AI into workflows, address technical challenges, and provide technical support
Track usage metrics, gather user feedback, and report on the success and impact of AI initiatives
Advocate for and ensure AI solutions adhere to organizational risk frameworks, security protocols, and data integrity standards
Help internal AI users to work with the implemented solutions effectively
Guide Junior AI adoption specialists via sharing best practices and knowledge
Analyze data available in FRED/BI systems to identify problematic areas in both directions – preventive & corrective.
Analyze and update functional specifications, if needed.
Collaborate with IT specialists to setup effective business rules.
Help internal AI users to work with the implemented solutions effectively
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Freight Audit Ops teams to identify business use cases that can be optimized with the help of AI
Develop and deliver training and resources to help users understand and effectively use AI solutions.
Provide technical support in implementation of solutions into business workflows, give technical tasks to internal IT team in case of need
Support of other roles within Operation department (DES, IA, RMS, CST, DE) in resolution of issues that they have during final product delivery
Analyze data available in FRED/BI systems to identify problematic areas in both directions – preventive & corrective. Analyze and update functional specifications, if needed
Accountabilities
Accountable for successful implementation of AI solutions in business workflows
Accountable for further maintenance and support of implemented AI solutions to ensure high quality results and flexibility to business needs
Accountable for the integration of AI solutions in accordance with organizational risk frameworks, security protocols, and data integrity standards
Accountable for proper data analysis in case of issues with shipment data provided for Freight Audit. And applying proper & timely corrective and preventive actions
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
1+ year of experience in work with AI, machine learning, LLMs, and relevant tools and platforms (Technical education will be a plus)
1+ year experience in Freight Audit business
The ability to understand business needs and identify how AI can provide value and improve efficiency
Upper-intermediate level of English (oral and written documentation, business communication);
Analytical skills
JIRA knowledge
Google office/MS Office proficiency, including Google Sheets/Excel
A strong understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, and relevant tools and platforms
A results-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive impactful outcomes.
