POSITION SPECIFICS
The College of Agricultural Sciences Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering seeks to hire numerous Penn State students and non-students to fill part-time positions. This is a general and on-going job posting and positions within the department vary dependent upon need. Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as the need arises.
Duties will be determined based upon the specific position the candidate is chosen for and could include tasks related to the following positions: general office/administrative duties, research assistant, teaching assistant, grader positions, and engineering support. Some of these positions may be paid part-time intern roles.
Some jobs may require that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. If so, a valid US driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
