This is a specialized role for an "Agile Tooling Architect" who understands that tools exist to serve the mission. You will be the primary lead for ensuring that Jira and Digital.ai Agility are configured to provide end-to-end requirements traceability and actionable delivery insights. Your goal is to move beyond basic task tracking and build a data-driven ecosystem that highlights delivery issues, identifies bottlenecks, and provides senior leadership with a clear view of program health.
