About the role

As the Senior Agile Product Owner, you’ll partner with global financial institutions to define and deliver fund operations and investor servicing capabilities that are accurate, scalable, and easy to use. You’ll translate complex fee and reporting needs into clear product outcomes and prioritized backlogs, guiding Agile teams to deliver value in frequent increments. You’ll also champion robust data flows between brokers and fund accounting, ensuring reliable, timely information for clients.

Join a cross‑functional group of product owners, analysts, engineers, and client specialists focused on getting the details right—fees, valuations, and reporting—while shipping improvements continuously. The team collaborates closely with clients and internal partners, using Agile practices to turn feedback into working software. As a Senior Agile Product Owner, you’ll be part of a supportive, delivery‑oriented culture that values clarity, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

What you will be doing

  • As the Senior Agile Product Owner, set product vision and measurable goals, maintain the roadmap and backlog, and lead Agile ceremonies to deliver high‑quality product increments.
  • Convert complex fund fee structures and investor reporting needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria; ensure calculations and outputs are accurate and auditable.
  • Champion end‑to‑end data quality and connectivity across broker and fund accounting feeds; work with stakeholders to resolve reconciliation breaks and automate repeatable data processes.
  • Engage directly with clients and internal teams to gather feedback, prioritize what matters most, and communicate outcomes with transparency.
  • Support new product rollouts and fund launches or migrations by coordinating set‑ups, documentation, and operational readiness.

What you will need

  • 5+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or senior operations roles within investment funds or securities services, delivering complex solutions in partnership with technology teams.
  • Proven experience with performance fees, waterfall structures, or other complex fee models used by hedge funds or private equity.
  • Hands‑on work with large financial datasets and reconciliations; ability to guide teams that build data pipelines and create meaningful dashboards or reports.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.

Added bonus if you have

  • Demonstrated experience with FIS solutions, including NTAS, MANTRA, InvestOne, and Investran.  
  • Experience with regulatory and tax‑information reporting for investment funds (for example, European regulator filings or global investor tax reporting).
  • Background in data visualization or statistical analysis (e.g., dashboards and exploratory analysis).
  • First‑hand knowledge of transfer agency operations or fund launch/migration activities.
