You’ll lead the adoption of Lean‑Agile ways of working - grounded in SAFe, Scrum, or similar frameworks while building the structures, behaviours, and culture that enable teams to deliver value faster and with greater clarity. You’ll strengthen cross–value stream collaboration, remove delivery friction, and help teams make smarter, data‑driven decisions. Working closely with leaders and teams, you’ll identify improvement opportunities, drive change, and raise Agile maturity across the organization. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you’ll influence how the organization scales, prioritizes, and evolves its ways of working to meet future needs.

Responsibilities of role

  • Own and continuously evolve the Agile Operating Model, drawing on SAFe, Scrum, and Lean‑Agile principles.
  • Drive consistent adoption of Lean‑Agile principles across teams, leaders, and value streams.
  • Define and refine governance structures, roles, ceremonies, and metrics that enable scaled agility.
  • Measure and report on Agile maturity and transformation progress.

Lead and coordinate the virtual Lean‑Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE)

  • Lead the LACE as the central hub for Agile standards, training, capability building, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain Agile playbooks, guidelines, and best‑practice assets.
  • Establish and facilitate Communities of Practice for Product Owners & Team Coaches.

Orchestrate Cadence and Synchronization across value streams:

  • Plan and facilitate key scaled‑agile ceremonies and cross-team synchronization events.
  • Ensure alignment on dependencies, risks, priorities, and delivery commitments across value streams.

Coach Teams and Leaders in Doing and Being Agile

  • Provide hands-on coaching to Product Owners, Team Coaches and Agile teams to strengthen execution and collaboration.
  • Mentor leaders in Lean-Agile leadership behaviors that foster empowerment, flow, and continuous improvement.

Your Background

  • 5–10 years of experience in Agile environments, ideally in roles such as RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
  • Experience leading Agile or Lean‑Agile transformations at scale.
  • Strong coaching capability with experience guiding both teams and senior leaders through change.
  • Hands‑on experience facilitating large‑scale planning and cross‑team synchronization.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and Lean/DevOps principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Who are you

You are a hands-on change driver who knows how to turn Agile principles into real, everyday practice. You bring clarity and structure into fast‑moving, complex environments and stay steady when priorities shift. With a people‑first mindset and a strong coaching approach, you elevate teams and leaders to collaborate smarter and deliver real, measurable impact. Most importantly, you’re on the ground with the teams - removing obstacles, driving momentum, and making meaningful change happen where it matters most
