Te Tūranga – About the role
We’re on a mission to accelerate agility across Foodstuffs IT, and this role is at the heart of that transformation. As our Agile Enablement Practice Lead, you’ll champion agile ways of working as the foundation for effective IT delivery and measurable business outcomes.
In this senior leadership position, you’ll:
- Lead the uplift of agile capability across Foodstuffs North Island IT, ensuring delivery consistency and scalability.
- Own and evolve our Ways of Working framework and Agile Playbook, embedding pragmatic, context-aware practices.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate agility strategy into execution, ensuring agile practices play their part in enhanced customer experience, operational efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Design and deliver agility enablement programs that build confidence and capability in agile practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor, mentoring and coaching leaders and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, innovation and continuous improvement.

He kōrero mōu - About you
You’re a seasoned agile leader who thrives on shaping strategy and enabling others to succeed. You combine deep expertise with a pragmatic approach, and you know how to influence, inspire, and mobilise people at all levels.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 8–10+ years in agile environments, including 3–5+ years in senior leadership roles. Proven experience coaching leaders and teams, and leading agile practitioners across multiple teams.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and modern delivery practices, with the ability to tailor for context.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills in complex, matrixed environments.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and unlocking team productivity.
