Role Title: Agile Delivery Planning Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
The Service Provider shall provide project management services and project support services to the Commonwealth. The required services may include the following:
• Act as a coordinator across the team, combining PSO and EA functions
• Collate and prepare data for Board meetings, IARs, and PDSS reviews
• Take ownership of critical but lower-level tasks, freeing senior leaders (O6 & O5) to focus on higher-level priorities
• Proactively manage tasks to give the Director and Project Manager more time back in their day
• Work closely with the Director & Project Manager while building strong relationships with other team leads
• Serve as a conduit between senior leaders and the wider team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Candidate Profile
• Experienced in both EA and PSO roles, with the ability to blend these skill sets
• A self-starter who can take initiative and operate with minimal supervision
• Possesses an EA mindset: anticipates needs, takes tasks off senior leaders proactively, and drives efficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships across the leadership team
Essential Requirements:
• relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant industry and/or domain work experience;
• a recognised project management professional qualification (such as registered project managers under Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM));
• current and relevant project management experience;
• Understanding of the content of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its application, the Defence project management environment (and Defence methodologies), and PMMv2.
