Location-  Pune, India

Role Description

  • The Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding teams, leaders, and the organization in adopting and improving Agile practices and principles. This role focuses on fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering value to customers. The Agile Coach will work across multiple teams and departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and help scale Agile practices effectively.

Your key responsibilities

Coach and Mentor

  • Guide teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership in Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on support to teams transitioning to Agile ways of working.


Facilitate Agile Adoption:

  • Assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement Agile transformation strategies tailored to organizational needs.

Enable Continuous Improvement:

  • Promote a culture of learning and experimentation.
  • Facilitate retrospectives, workshops, and training sessions to improve team performance and delivery.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of Agile adoption across the organization.


Metrics and Reporting:

  • Define and track key Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability) to measure success.
  • Use data to drive decisions and improvements.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and Lean principles.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally, etc.).
  • Certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in scaling Agile in complex environments.
  • Background in software development or product management.
  • Ability to influence organizational culture and drive change.
