What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee maintenance activities for fixed plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment longevity.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of aggregate plant equipment and maintenance practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing maintenance activities in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze problems and implement innovative solutions.
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an aggregate plant setting with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and varying weather. Safety protocols and personal protective equipment are essential.
