  • Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, data, and R&D teams to deliver production‑ready solutions aligned to system and regulatory constraints.

  • Apply working knowledge of agentic AI concepts—including orchestration, autonomy levels, exception handling, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns—to guide design decisions.

  • Collaborate with frontline users and operations leaders to gather feedback, refine usability, and continuously improve solution performance.

  • Track performance metrics such as accuracy, throughput, quality, cost, and adoption to ensure solutions deliver expected operational value.

  • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders while maintaining alignment with director‑level strategy.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis within healthcare, PBM, or operations‑focused environments.

  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and close collaboration with engineering and data teams.

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings while making sound execution decisions.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.

Preferred
