About the Role

The Agentic AI Developer is responsible for building intelligent automations and streamlining processes across the firm using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other generative AI tools. As part of a global development team, this individual contributor will help automate manual workflows, integrate AI-driven efficiencies, and support agentic AI capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-augmented automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
  • Develop solutions that streamline manual tasks across compliance, audit, and operational workflows.
  • Leverage AI tools to parse documents, validate policies, and automate routine decision-making steps.
  • Integrate agentic AI capabilities into existing applications, enhancing overall firm productivity.
  • Work within a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring code is reviewed, tested, and deployed following best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to align AI solutions with broader initiatives.
  • Document automation designs, conduct testing, and iterate based on team feedback.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Python for automation tasks and scripting.
  • Experience developing or integrating solutions using AI technologies and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Automate and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and code reviews.
  • Understanding of AI application patterns, though model building isn’t required.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams while working independently on implementation.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Prior experience with business process automation or operational efficiency projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance workflows (e.g., audit processes) is beneficial.
  • Strong communication for test/feedback phases, though primary focus is on development.
