Overview of the role :

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Solution Architect to join our high-performing and innovative team focused on providing Salesforce platform and Agentforce solutions for our Account Success teams. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation within our organization, leveraging the power of personal agents and autonomous agents to build out a digital workforce.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in transforming our internal use of the Salesforce platform, ensuring that our solutions drive productivity gains, time savings, and knowledge up-skilling for our Account Success teams. Additionally, you will act as the bridge between product and development, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between product owners and the scrum team.

You will help transform how our teams leverage the Salesforce platform, optimizing its usage to meet our evolving business needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be a change agent, deeply caring for the users we serve, and making a significant impact on our business.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Prototyping

  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Create proof of concepts (POC’s) for use cases, requiring thorough evaluation and feasibility analysis before implementation.
  • Scalability: Design solutions with scalability and performance in mind, ensuring that our Salesforce applications can grow and adapt to future needs.
  • Partner with Product Leads to translate high-level business strategy and requirements into detailed technical designs that serve as the blueprint for development.
  • Provide expert guidance on when to use declarative (out-of-the-box) vs. custom coded solutions to ensure long-term maintainability and support.

Core Salesforce Development & Quality

  • Technical Execution: Utilize expertise in Apex, Flow, REST API, and other Salesforce technologies to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Code Quality: Perform thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Testing: Conduct rigorous unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
  • Release Management: Participate in monthly product releases and assist with release management responsibilities.

Technical Integrity & AI Governance

  • Own the end-to-end technical integrity of solutions, establishing best practices for prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and data grounding strategies.
  • Implement robust security models and guardrails to ensure AI agents operate within safe boundaries and comply with enterprise data standards.

  • Integrity: Ensure the technical integrity and quality of all deliverables.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the bridge between product and technology; collaborate closely with other Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to define optimal technical paths and remove architectural blockers.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers and other stakeholders to ensure technical designs align with project timelines and resource availability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge of emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and industry trends.

  • Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in solution design and development, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.
  • Deep understanding of the Agentforce platform, including Agentforce Studio, Prompt Builder, Platform limits, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Have prior experience building Agents and adopts an Agentic mindset when doing this work
  • Experience with SFDX, Jenkins, GIT, Github, VSCode, Cursor, and other dev/CI/CD processes and applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and multi-cloud integrations (e.g., Data Cloud).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional ability to tailor technical concepts for both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
