Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting Life Agent Success Manager and Marketer with sales and revenue for their specific assigned agents/agencies. This role will track and manage weekly KPI’s including phone times, new agent follow up, activation rates and number of contracted agents specifically set for them.

Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Agent Success Manager and Agent Success Marketer in achieving sales and revenue targets for assigned agents/agencies.
  • Assist agents with life illustrations, basic case underwriting, and case design.
  • Handle agent contracting and facilitate commission level communication within the office.
  • Conduct outbound calls to agents as part of marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with carriers to obtain product information, underwriting details, and sales support.
  • Provide marketing and sales support to agents and agencies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agencies for ongoing success.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of supported carriers and products, and effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Contribute input on new products and sales processes, and consistently achieve weekly KPIs to meet company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of presenting sales and training materials to large groups in person, over the phone, and via online meeting platforms
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
