POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for engaging targeted prospects and existing guests via outbound communication (telephone, email, digital outreach) to generate new gaming business, increase visitation to the resort, support VIP/club services, and contribute to overall marketing revenue growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct outbound calls/emails to assigned leads and guests, presenting casino/entertainment offerings, promotions and club programs. Qualify leads, log outcomes, and coordinate follow-up visits or appointments with the business development and club services teams. Liaise with Club Services and VIP/Host teams to manage guest arrivals, incentives and follow-through. Update CRM/database with all contact activities, status, and next steps. Meet monthly conversion, call/contact and revenue impact KPIs. Provide timely feedback to marketing and business development on guest interests, competitor activity and campaign effectiveness. Ensure compliance with responsible gaming, data privacy, and outreach regulations in all communications. Handle hotel reservations for casino players through company booking system. Coordinate with different departments for all enquiries and information related to the hotel reservation.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years in outbound sales, tele-marketing or customer acquisition (preferably in hospitality, gaming, or integrated resort environment).

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related field preferred.

Skills / Competency / Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English. Hindi, Chinese languages will be considered a plus.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, resilient with positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with high-value and diverse guests.
  • Proficient in CRM/databases and comfortable logging and analysing outreach results.
  • Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends as required in resort operations.
