PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Airline bookings
Pricing and cutting MAWBs & MAWB preparation
Monitoring of security check : packaging & labelling check
Prepare customs export documents (export customs process & exit Outlet with handler)
Check postflights.
Make arrival notice
Provide daily support and follow up
Enter operational datas/infos and update our IT systems
Ensure by use of reports to check pick-up, delivery, tender jobs in timely maneer
Communicating to agent drivers the relevant information appropriate to the consignment
Liaise with subcontracted drivers, airlines, handling agents, customs officers, customers
Monitor and track ongoing shipments, react to any deviations
Verify or issue Customs invoices when neessary related direct non bill return shipments
Temperature control management of shipments (replenishment dry ice & TCH to check)
Ensure that systems are updated throughout our process
Check and forward Temperature loggers results transmission, signed HWB & TMRF, etc..
Professional and confident presentation skills
Proficiency with working tools such as PowerPoint Excel and Word
Fluency in English and French - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written )
Extensive communication with all other World Courier service departments & associates
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to provide relevant ad-hoc information on request
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
