As an Agency Support Agent (Brossard), you will play a key role in the smooth operation of Career agencies by providing comprehensive, coordinated and professional support to clients, the sales force and the management team.

As an Agency Support Agent (Brossard), you will be at the heart of the Career agencies’ mission. Your main responsibilities include:
Welcoming and assisting clients and the sales force, in person or by phone, while providing professional and courteous service;
Ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, and directing requests to the appropriate specialists when needed;
Providing administrative and operational support to the sales force, notably during contracting activities, onboarding, integration and departures of advisors;
Supporting the Agency Director with activity planning, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation and the implementation of new administrative processes;
Contributing positively to agency life by assisting with facilities management, mail handling, office supplies and by documenting processes and tasks related to cabinet activities.
We are looking for someone who:
Is recognized for their excellent customer service skills and their ability to listen to the needs of clients and the sales force;
Stands out for strong communication skills and solid interpersonal abilities;
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, high motivation and a positive team spirit;
Shows autonomy, attention to detail and strong adaptability in a changing environment;
Has relevant experience in administration, office support or a related field;
Is perfectly fluent in French, as this role involves daily interactions with French‑speaking clients, advisors and internal teams;
Has an intermediate level of English, as they will occasionally interact with internal or external English‑speaking partners as part of their duties.
