On the basis of the existing service content at headquarters, integrate local resources

a. Sort out the various health management services provided by the company, develop standardized processes and language, and unify and standardize them

b. Integrate local market health care service resources and create more offline marketing scenarios

c. Timely communicate with headquarters and promote agreement signing for high-quality external suppliers

2. Marketing team training to strengthen sales confidence

a. Provide timely and effective training for the business team on various health and elderly care services provided by the company

b. Analyze market competitors, extract company advantages, and establish team confidence

3. Handling individual cases and summarizing and promoting them

a. Assist headquarters in promptly following up on institutional service case needs

b. Regularly organize successful service cases and promote them within the team

4. Directly facing the client

a. Publicize the company's wellness strategy and specific service advantages in customer or recruitment activities

b. Participate in customer visits

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above;

More than 3 years of insurance industry experience;

Good time management skills;

Capable of working under pressure;

Proficient in using Office and proficient in Excel;

Preferred Qualifications:
