About the Role
Responsible for organising promotions and marketing events to support business development• Coordinate invitation solicitations, advance and on-site registration, post-event follow-up and evaluations
• Research available venues and recommend event sites
• Investigate, select, negotiate and coordinate services with vendors
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for events
• Compile summaries such as total event costs, cost per contact, audience profiles and attendees' comments
• Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
