About the Role
Drive awareness, excitement, and adoption of Digital Tools and Initiatives among the Agency Force through strategic go-to-market planning and execution. This role focuses on campaign development, launch coordination, and field engagement to ensure successful rollout and sustained utilization of digital platforms by agency leaders and advisors.
- Go-To-Market Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital tool launches and enhancements targeting the Agency Force.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Academy teams to align messaging and timing.
- Support the creation of campaign launch and engagement toolkits or materials tailored for agency leaders and advisors.
- Campaign and Communication Support
- Design and deploy internal campaigns such as, but not limited to emails, posters, teasers, demo videos, and launch videos, for the Agency Force.
- Assist in planning and executing cascades, roadshows, and launch events that engage field stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels directed at the Agency Force.
- Engagement and Adoption Tracking
- Coordinate with the Readiness Consultant to ensure availability of enablement materials such as User Guides and FAQs.
- Work with the Data Analytics Consultant to interpret campaign reach and engagement metrics and use insights to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
- Use insights from adoption reports to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate feedback collection from leaders and advisors to support continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Academy, Sales Management, Communications) and external vendors to support field-facing initiatives.
- Support alignment meetings and documentation of campaign plans and outcomes.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership updates.
