What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Agency Development Manager who will responsible for achieving the success of Agent and Agency Leader by helping them accomplish life goals based on the desired target and in line with the company’s target.

What are we expecting from this role?

  • Accountable for achievement and success of recruitment and development of sales agents

  • Maintaining Relationship: Build up a strong relationship with current sales force as well as identifying new potential salesforce within its areas in-charged.

  • To supervise the sales progress against targets/objectives set by the company.

  • Provide necessary training, coaching, supervision sales agent and monitors results constantly to ensure success.

  • Daily management and monitoring of sales agent on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • Drive execution of key sales activities such as Business Opportunity with Prudential, Customer Presentation, Agency Leader Monthly Meeting, Pru Power Meeting, and other activities supporting sales.

  • Provide support to the salesforce, review the process including feedback provided by the salesforce to assess the effectiveness of the current process, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Assist the salesforce by answering queries and addressing issues.

  • Manage and prepare the monthly budget for sales and recruitment activities.

  • Ensure effective communication with the agency leader on strategy and company direction.

  • Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members.

  • Build effective relationships both within and outside the department; seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3-year experience in Financial Services Frontline, Training and development, or Sales.

  • Bachelor’s degree in education/training or business

  • Highly ambitious, independent thinker, disciplinary and high level of empathy

  • Being good at listening skills, teamwork and demonstrating intellectual curiosity. Good problem solving, critical thinking, and motivation/energetic skill

  • Advanced in Excel and good data analysis
