We're looking for an Agency Alliances professional to drive our growth across North America, based in New York City. This role is central to how we scale our presence within the media agency ecosystem—with a particular focus on boutique agencies and independents.

As we expand beyond mobile measurement into omnichannel attribution, data collaboration for commerce and retail media, and  AI-powered solutions, this role offers the chance to bring a broader, more comprehensive story to agency partners—positioning AppsFlyer as a strategic platform for the future of marketing measurement.

Your primary focus will be developing and expanding relationships with regional, independent, and boutique media agencies across North America. You'll also collaborate with our ecosystem partners (technology, media)  to align on joint value propositions and surface opportunities within enterprise accounts.

What You'll Do:

Agency Development & Pipeline Growth

  • Build and nurture relationships with boutique and independent media agencies to generate partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to quarterly revenue targets
  • Map agency structures to identify key stakeholders, budget holders, and decision-makers across client teams
  • Position AppsFlyer as the preferred measurement solution across mobile and emerging omnichannel use cases, turning agency teams into informed advocates for our platform
  • Take a proactive approach to opportunity development—building relationships and surfacing new business through consistent outreach and engagement
  • Deliver presentations to agency teams that clearly articulate the value of attribution, measurement, and our AI-driven capabilities

Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Work across our partner ecosystem—including technology partners and media partners—to share account intelligence and develop joint go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure agency feedback shapes our roadmap and commercial strategies
  • Align with our global agency team to ensure regional execution supports broader strategic initiatives

What you have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development, alliance management, or agency partnerships within AdTech, MarTech, or the media agency space
  • A self-starter who works independently. You take initiative, stay organized, and hold yourself accountable to results
  • A proactive approach to pipeline development. You build relationships and create opportunities—you don't rely solely on inbound interest
  • Familiarity with the marketing technology ecosystem, including measurement platforms, omnichannel marketing, and emerging AI applications in the space
  • Relationships within the North American independent and boutique agency landscape
  • Strong communication skills. You can simplify complex technical concepts and tailor your message to diverse audiences
  • Comfort navigating complex environments. You thrive at industry events, build relationships naturally, and know how to work across agency ecosystems to drive results

For our NY-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $155,000 and $170,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
