What you'll do

  • Inspect, evaluate, and repair returned products across multiple product lines.

  • Coordinate product evaluations and collaborate with engineering teams for resolutions.

  • Schedule and manage repair activities to meet customer deadlines.

  • Build and test cable assemblies and terminations in-house.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and enter data into ERP systems.

  • Track and report department metrics to support continuous improvement.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.

  • Promote and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

What you need

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – required

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively – required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – required

  • Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment – required

  • Knowledge of electrical systems and testing devices – preferred

  • 5 years of manufacturing experience – required

  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent – preferred

  • Familiarity with lean practices like 5S – preferred
