The Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) Aftermarket Production Coordinator (APC) in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (ALC) primary area of responsibility will be providing overall leadership for the HMC depot partnering and operations. 

What You Will Do:

  • Defining and implementing plans to support the objectives of the business/partnering, including production, planning, scheduling, allocating resources, quality, and CORE. 
  • Compliance with all EH&S, ISO, Business Practices, ITAR, Import/Export and Company/government policies/procedures. 
  • Identify and resolve process improvement opportunities utilizing the CORE tools and principals to enhance quality, improve turnaround times and reduce operational cost. 
  • Meet all customer and business delivery requirements/schedules; plan and execute contingency plans accordingly. 

In this regard, the APC will work closely with P&W Logistics Program Management team, other P&W Military Maintenance Services entities, P&W Support Equipment Operations, and United States Air Force personnel, to deliver an MRO facility that meets stated customer objectives. 

  • Provide oversight and assistance for assigned modules in Gates 1-4.
  • Responsible for keeping modules on schedule by executing forward looking planning to prevent issues, resolved issues in a timely manner, and escalate urgent issues to leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have:                                                                                    

  • BA/BS degree with 4+ years or relevant experience or MA/MS degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

         

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • CORE Associate level or achieve within 12 months of being in position.
  • Highly skilled communicator with an ability to maintain productive relationships in difficult situations.
  • Candidate must have excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Familiar with tooling, hand tools, material processing/handling and equipment in an aerospace engine overhaul and repair environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with the P&W SAP MRO solution a significant plus. 
  • MRO or engineering experience.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
