Aftermarket Manager

Position Summary:

In the position of Aftermarket Manager, you will be responsible for leading our aftermarket & spare part commercial effort in food/health/nutrition (FHN) industry, executing the business strategic plan, and driving revenue growth across Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Work You’ll Do:

  • To lead a team that is responsible for business generation within regionally defined parameters across the Coperion FHN Portfolio. Within agreed levels of revenue & profitability.
  • To proactively build the installed base reference list and incorporate this into the company’s CRM system.
  • To develop tactics and strategies to generate year on year growth to the spares and site services revenues
  • To build the necessary resources to support the growth plans and ensure customer satisfaction with timely response for normal and breakdown business across the entire FHN portfolio.
  • To provide both reactive (escalation and documentation of customer complaint / warranty claims) and proactive (i.e, customer satisfaction survey) services to directly connect Coperion FHN APAC to the marketplace
  • To interface with other Group Aftermarket specialists within Global FHN Aftermarket Team, to ensure growth in the respective markets and commonality of approach to achieve their targets in overall FHN aftermarket business.
  • To support your team and where appropriate support them in winning and closing business opportunities / resolving service issues that arise.


Team:

You will be part of the FHN Aftermarket Department, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the overall business strategy and drive growth within the aftermarket for food , health, and nutrition industry across the APAC region.

Basic Qualifications:

  • More than 10 years of work experience in aftermarket or field service support for industrial industries.
  • Proven strategy development and execution skills.
  • Passionate attitude regarding building strong, effective, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Proven commitment to continuous improvement techniques.
  • Strategic sales skills with well-developed influencing and negotiating abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience as Aftermarket Manager from engineering or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new service products and customized aftermarket solutions.
  • Ability to travel at short notice is preferred.
