Working Hours:37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Fixed Term contract until 31st March 2026
Salary: £25,110-£32,090

What you'll do
To deliver aftercare pathways and interventions within the service, ensuring provision is integrated and effective.
To deliver online and face-to-face recovery groups, as well as one to one support. By taking a holistic approach to care, you will help individuals achieve wellness in all aspects of their lives –not just their substance use.
Manage a service user caseload, reviewing on-going care and treatment and liaising closely with the full range of workers and skills within the multi-agency team, including family members and significant others as appropriate.
