Let's start with the role

As our Affiliate Team Manager for LATAM, you will own the strategic direction and commercial performance of Betano's affiliate ecosystem across the region, with direct responsibility for Spanish-speaking LATAM markets and a dotted-line remit over Brazil.  Leading a team of Affiliate Managers, you will set the regional agenda, design the commercial framework, and drive scalable, compliant, ROI-positive growth across one of Kaizen Gaming's most strategic geographies.

As an Affiliate Team Manager  you will:
  • Own the LATAM affiliate strategy end-to-end, setting regional priorities, commercial models, and growth targets aligned with Kaizen Gaming's broader market ambitions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers across LATAM, establishing clear performance standards and operating cadence.
  • Provide dotted-line support over the Brazilian affiliate operation, ensuring alignment on strategy, commercial frameworks, governance, and performance benchmarks.
  • Design and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Drive performance optimization across the regional portfolio, holding accountability for main KPIs at country and portfolio level.
  • Partner with Country Managers to translate market-level strategy into affiliate execution, and act as the regional commercial authority on affiliate matters.
  • Build and govern the regional tooling and process stack: affiliate platforms, attribution and tracking, BI and reporting, fraud prevention, and compliance tooling.
  • Own affiliate compliance and risk management across LATAM, working with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to local regulatory frameworks and embedding safeguards against reputational, regulatory, and financial exposure.
  • Establish regional governance: contract standards, approval thresholds, payment controls, audit trails, and onboarding protocols.
  • Lead senior partner relationships, top-tier affiliates, content partners, strategic networks and creators.
  • Integrate affiliates department with the wider digital marketing ecosystem to identify cross-channel leverage and avoid cannibalisation.
  • Deliver regional performance reporting and insights to executive stakeholders, translating data into clear commercial decisions and forward-looking plans.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory shifts, and market-specific dynamics across LATAM, and translate signals into strategic moves.

What you’ll bring

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 6+ years in Affiliate and/or  Performance Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior individual-contributor capacity owning regional or multi-market scope. iGaming experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams of affiliate or performance marketing professionals.
  • Deep expertise in affiliate commercial models and the ability to design, negotiate, and defend complex deal structures.
  • Strong digital marketing breadth,  fluency across SEO, paid media, influencer, content partnerships, CRM, and attribution, with the ability to position affiliates within the wider acquisition mix.
  • Technical command of the affiliate tooling stack: affiliate platforms, tracking and attribution, MMP integrations, BI/reporting, fraud prevention, and compliance tools.
  • Demonstrated experience embedding fraud prevention and compliance controls into an affiliate operation at scale.
  • Commercial maturity and legal sensitivity in contract negotiation, with a habit of formalising agreements in writing and managing financial and regulatory exposure proactively.
  • Strong analytical foundation, advanced Excel/Sheets, comfort BI tools (Looker, Power BI) and the ability to drive decisions from data.
  • Native-level English proficiency; Spanish and/or Portuguese a significant advantage.
  • Experience operating across LATAM markets; working knowledge of the Brazilian market is a strong plus.
  • Executive presence, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate credibly with Commercial, Country Managers, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and senior Marketing leadership.
