Affiliate Network Coordinator

Pay $17 per hour

At Health Advocate, our affiliate behavioral health network is not administrative support — it is an extension of our care delivery model.

We’re seeking an Affiliate Network Coordinator who understands that a high-quality network is built through disciplined recruitment, credential verification, documentation accuracy, and professional relationship management.

Reporting to the appropriate Network or Operations leader, you will support the recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of qualified affiliate counselors and behavioral health professionals across assigned regions.

Your Mission: What Success Looks Like

Your primary accountability is to recruit, verify, document, and maintain a compliant and responsive affiliate behavioral health network aligned with operational demand.

Success in this role includes consistently achieving:

🔹 Network Coverage & Recruitment

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified affiliate counselors and behavioral health professionals
  • Proactively identify regional coverage gaps and escalate needs appropriately
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels to recruit licensed professionals efficiently
  • Ensure screening activities are documented accurately and timely

🔹 Compliance & Credential Integrity

  • Verify contractor licenses and certifications through appropriate state databases
  • Confirm affiliates are in good standing prior to service delivery
  • Ensure required documentation is complete before onboarding
  • Maintain organized, accurate records within shared drives and internal systems

🔹 Process Accuracy & Documentation Discipline

  • Conduct phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and review compensation structure
  • Record screening results, availability confirmations, and agreement acceptance in appropriate databases
  • Upload affiliate professional information accurately and within established timelines
  • Adhere to all corporate and departmental EAP policies and procedures

What You’ll Do: Your Roadmap to Impact

Affiliate Recruitment & Screening

  • Recruit affiliate counselors and behavioral health professionals for assigned departments and regions
  • Conduct structured phone interviews to assess qualifications and discuss compensation rates
  • Utilize multiple external resources (counseling platforms, professional directories, insurance listings, industry publications) to identify licensed professionals
  • Communicate with candidates to confirm availability and coordinate scheduling
  • Document all outreach and screening activity accurately

Credential Verification & Compliance Management

  • Verify licenses and certifications through state databases
  • Ensure screening completion and formal acceptance of agreement terms
  • Record screened and approved affiliates into the appropriate database in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate affiliate documentation in department shared drives

Affiliate Network Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for affiliate counselors and behavioral health professionals
  • Respond to inquiries regarding scheduling, compensation, or process questions
  • Escalate complaints or concerns to management as appropriate
  • Provide administrative support to team members to maintain balanced workflow
  • Remain informed on Employee Assistance Program (EAP) industry initiatives

Team Interface & Customer Service

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals
  • Deliver quality customer service that strengthens the affiliate experience
  • Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to supervisor when necessary

Who You Are: The Professional We’re Looking For

You are detail-oriented, process-driven, and relationship-aware.

You understand that documentation accuracy protects the organization and that disciplined follow-through supports operational excellence.

You bring:

  • Minimum one year of experience in project administration, human resources, or customer service (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Confidence conducting structured phone interviews
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

PAY: $17 per hour

Hours: 8:30 am EST - 5 pm EST.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

  • Minimum one year of experience required in project administration, human resources, or customer service preferably in a healthcare industry

Other:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required

Mental and Physical Requirements

This position will be exposed mainly to an indoor office environment and will be expected to work near or around computers, telephones, and printers.

The nature of the work in this position is sedentary and the incumbent will be sitting most of the time.

Essential physical functions of the job include typing, grasping, pulling hand over hand, and repetitive motions to utilize general computer software/hardware continuously throughout the work day.

Essential mental functions of this position include concentrating on tasks, reading information, and verbal/written communication to others continuously throughout the work day.
