As an Affiliate Operations Administrator, you will play an important role assisting the Operations Manager and wider affiliate team. You will be extremely well organised, meticulous, accurate, analytical, and capable of managing your time and workload effectively. You will also have effective communication skills and be confident communicating at all levels.  Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Setting up and checking deals for affiliates in Yoda, our in-house affiliate platform
  • Assisting with payments using Business Central
  • Assisting with affiliate queries, troubleshooting
  • Monitoring compliance tools and reports to ensure the department adheres to regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with affiliates and the KYC team to get approvals on new/updated merchants
  • Managing affiliate creative assets, e.g. banner and landing page maintenance
  • Testing tracking links and troubleshooting
  • Assist with custom landers when required using our CMS Medusa
  • Setting up and maintaining enhanced promotions (Xenia)
  • Dealing with bugs in the system and liaising with support team to resolve.
  • Reporting for affiliates/affiliate managers using Tableau
  • Making manual adjustments to affiliate ledgers
  • Update team documents e.g. list of landers and promos, process documents

  • A strong interest in the gaming industry (Sports, Casino)
  • A self-starter keen to develop their career in digital marketing
  • Technically proficient with core business IT programmes and the ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Experience working in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of tracking systems e.g. pixels/parameters
  • A basic technical knowledge of affiliate marketing metrics
