We are seeking a Consultant to join the Financial Management & Disbursements practice in our Hyderabad office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Collaborating with team members and performing financial operations related to various projects and ensuring the fund disbursements instructions are executed timely, accurately with authenticity. Preparing Financial reporting and reconciliations for various projects. This includes, working on a diverse range of funds, such as private funds, Qualified Settlement Funds (QSF), and funds allocated by federal, state and local government entities.

  • Execute accounting and program internal controls; document and escalate any findings and work with the Managers on drafting the recommendations for improvements, as needed.

  • Assist in drafting the thought leadership and strategic input for best practices, policies and procedures related to finds disbursements and management.

  • Able to perform all aspects of disbursements related to project administration, including check testing and printing, check reissues, electronic payment methods. Support in Positive pay exception resolution, data management with appropriate system of record, perform funds bank reconciliation and administrative payments.

  • Work in a high-performing team and understand and accomplish the project goals and objectives while adhering to time management, productivity and a results-oriented culture.

  • Effectively collaborate with the Senior’s & Manager’s in supporting their tasks and executing the project related adhoc tasks on a need basis to meet the performance expectations and project deadlines.

  • Able to perform in multi-level workflows and processes in a dynamic environment.

  • Prepare the relevant internal & external reports including oversight, reconciliations and resolution of related financial reporting issues.

  • Prepare and maintain all financial records and relevant reports in accordance with project compliance requirements and for supervisory review.

  • Collaborate and support the activities with external process partners and across internal practice areas

  • Adhere to all professional and firm requirements, including confidentiality standards, time entry procedures, audit quality documentation, and any other related guidelines and polices.

  • Ensure compliance with required Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours to mee firm and licensing standards

  • Maintain client relationships and tailor the project to meet the client’s needs and expectation.

  • Required to work occasionally work extended hours.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant completed in 2026

  • Strong Article ship experience in Audit, Accounting & Tax domain

  • Any experience in a consulting and / client support role is preferred

  • Any additional qualification would be preferred.

  • Experience in service delivery, team handling, work with all levels of staff and supervision of team members.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments and within a diverse group of individuals

  • Technically proficient with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with the software tools including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe)

  • Preferred experience of working in international client facing roles during or after articleship

  • Disbursements in the form of electronic and physical payments

  • Quality control review of payment requests and awards

  • Bank account management and reconciliation

  • Reporting and tracking of payments, including source funding reconciliation

  • Tax and other filing support, including 1099 processing and campaign finance

  • Policy creation, process and control design, and procedure implementation

  • Assist underperforming programs at any point in the life cycle of the programs
