This is a non-union positionThis role will be focused on the sustainment of records and information (RIM) process monitoring and reporting with a focus on the US Gas distribution assets and other US locations as assigned. In this role you will interact with the RIM team, internal stakeholders and others to maintain the records' inventory, on and offsite. They will work directly with our vendors and be accountable for inventory, indexed data, orders and logistics. They will be the subject matter expert for records management and assist/lead record project/initiatives as required.

Supports the Records and Information Management (RIM) team in the delivery of Best in Class, Peak Performance RIM practices.
Accountable for monthly inventory syncs across our accounts to validate inventory between Enbridge systems and our vendors. Works with stakeholders and vendors to remediate any discrepancies.
Collaborates with Business, and RIM Department, to facilitate and support adoption of consistent RIM practices and procedures, such as, sending records offsite, management of records and inventory, disposition management, email management and other areas where records management leads or is consulted.
Liaises with external (third-party) service providers of physical records management services.
Subject matter expert (SME) for our record system which includes, but not limited to importing and exporting inventory, reviewing, adjusting data and helping complete the stakeholder transfer sheets.
Participates in the creation and implementation of RIM protocols and guidelines across Enbridge, based on business value creation and compliance management.
Provides assistance in the search and location of files required for our stakeholders, litigation, acquisitions and divestitures etc. and support for enterprise records training, monitoring, compliance, and other tasks as the need arises.
SME and quality assurance (QA) for the application and management of physical records, participates in the enterprise-wide process implementation for annual disposition program.
University Degree in Business Administration and minimum of four or more years of records management experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.
Demonstrates interpersonal and teamwork skills including negotiating, problem-solving, communicating and active listening; ability to build effective working relationships at all levels throughout the Organization.
Ability to educate others and facilitate change management.
Developed analytical skills, experience in reporting, metrics and quality management.
Proficiency in computer technology and business applications, including MS-Outlook, MS-Excel, and content management systems such as SharePoint, Versatile and/or Collabware.
Effective communication skills, including presentation and training skills.
Knowledge of Records Management practices, compliance, including laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
Flexible and a positive team player.

CRA / CRM designation
Participates, or affiliated with ARMA, AIIM or other records related organizations.
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Office environment, mental stress, pressure and travel requirements will vary over the life of the role, dependent upon initiatives being undertaken and issues identified at any given time.
Majority of the work is performed in a typical office environment with occasional field office visits. Periodic overtime requirements.

High degree of independence and autonomy in the day-to-day performance of duties with little to no supervision.
