About the position

Altruist is entering an exciting new phase, and we're looking for an Advisor Operations Analyst to join our Advisor Operations Team with a focus on money movement, treasury, and IRA transaction coding.

What you’ll do

  • Operate in a cross-functional and flexible capacity serving various processes as needed with a focus on money movement and IRA maintenance.
  • Learn and comprehend each team’s prescribed policies and procedures in order to provide timely and accurate processing of advisor requests. 
  • Often switch between autonomous and collaborative tasks across the various Advisor Operations teams.
  • Collaborate and engage cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Clearing Operations, and Customer Support to ensure our customers have a delightful experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.

Nice to have:

  • 1+ years experience working with IRAs, cost basis, or banking/money movement
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7..
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

$59,000$86,000 USD

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package, along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs) for eligible roles.
