We are looking for an Advisor Marketing Manager - East to lead, support and develop a team of marketing consultants and specialists. This role is pivotal in ensuring that high-impact, efficient marketing execution is our standard and is in alignment with Wealth Enhancement’s growth model.

In collaboration with the Practice Management team, this individual will act as a key operational and strategic partner; ensuring regional planning, execution, and corporate initiatives are aligned. The focus of this role is on strategic leadership, cross-functional planning, talent development, and performance visibility at the territory level.

This is a fully remote position.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 to $125,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Job Functions


Territory Oversight & Strategy

  • Lead territory performance through oversight of advisor team engagement, activity volume, and campaign strategy.

  • Align regional marketing initiatives with goals and corporate growth priorities.

  • Serve as escalation owner for high-priority advisor concerns within the territory.

  • Review data and team workload monthly to identify areas of: overservicing, workflow inefficiencies, and trends.
     

Team Leadership & Development

  • Directly manage and develop a team of Regional Marketing Consultants and Advisor Marketing Program Specialists.

  • Provide coaching, role clarity, and professional growth opportunities for team members.

  • Oversee performance development plans and conduct regular check-ins.

  • Guide team prioritization across advisor tiers and territory needs.

  • Model and reinforce a culture of urgency, follow-through, and ownership across the territory team.

Practice Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Practice Management to align territory-wide planning, execution rhythm, and resource deployment.

  • Maintain regular feedback loops to surface advisor trends and align execution with practice health goals.

  • Support VP of Advisor Marketing in strategic planning, resourcing decisions, and quarterly progress reviews.

  • Collaborate on cross-territory projects such as NPS response, innovation grants, and advisor engagement campaigns.

  • Create SOPs and processes to ensure consistent, scalable, and impactful support across all of department
     

Corporate Projects & Reporting

  • Deliver actionable insights and reporting on program performance, ROI, and advisor team outcomes.

  • Lead Salesforce campaign tracking and marketing performance dashboards to measure growth, adoption, and engagement.

  • Co-lead strategic marketing initiatives that require territory-wide participation.

  • Own preparation and delivery of quarterly summaries on territory KPIs, resource gaps, and progress toward annual planning goals.
     

Team Operations & Weekly Planning

  • Lead weekly meetings with your territory to review priorities, open projects, collaborate, create camaraderie and flag challenges with team capacity.

  • Help set and drive agendas for cross-functional collaboration calls to ensure content is strategic, actionable, and aligned.

  • Provide ongoing feedback to VP of Advisor Marketing to inform innovation and advisor experience improvement.
     

Education/Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, enablement, or field execution roles

  • 4+ years of people leadership experience, ideally with distributed teams

  • Proven ability to act with urgency, prioritize effectively, and follow through consistently

  • Strong experience using data to drive decisions and optimize workflows

  • Proficiency with marketing tools (FMG, Canva, Wrike), CRM systems (Salesforce), and reporting platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable over-communicating to align stakeholders

  • Strong business judgment and growth orientation with an eye for scale

  • High attention to detail and accountability in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Ability to travel up to 15% to support advisor team engagements and corporate events
     

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Lead level is $95,300.00 to 152,500.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
