What you’ll achieve
As an Advisor, IT Technical Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring maximum uptime and stability for production systems and end-user devices in a manufacturing environment. This role operates on a two-shift schedule (morning and afternoon) and requires flexibility to support either shift depending on business needs. You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to resolve complex issues, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and sustain IT infrastructure solutions.

You will:

  • Act as the technical authority and escalation point for complex IT infrastructure issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal production impact.
  • Diagnose and remediate hardware, software, and network incidents across endpoints, peripherals, and local edge devices, partnering closely with manufacturing engineering teams.
  • Lead change and release management activities, including patching, firmware updates, and image deployments, aligned with production schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, implementing preventive measures, and optimizing processes to reduce MTTR and improve first-contact resolution.
  • Provide clear communication and leadership during high-priority incidents, coordinating with stakeholders and guiding technicians through troubleshooting and best practices.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, operating systems, hardware, and software environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues using advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience in incident, change, and problem management within ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and lead operational efforts during critical production-impacting incidents.
  • Polish language native or advanced speaker.
  • Fluent English, including reading, writing and speaking, with the ability to lead discussions and present to global stakeholders.


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing environments, MES applications, and industrial peripherals (printers, scanners, IoT devices).
