Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts

  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Finished at least 1 year in College

  • At least 2 years of BPO experience with at least 1 year in BPO Sales

  • Self-motivated individual with proven ability to work in a target-based environment and to achieve sales goals and objectives

  • Knowledge in customer service principles and practices and of call center telephony and technology

  • Excellent phone and active listening skills

  • Good data entry and typing skills

  • Stress tolerance and resilient 

  • Excellent organization skills with solid work ethic

  • Coachable and positive attitude

  • A team player and can get along with other people

  • Willing to be part of a Sales Account

  • Amenable to work onsite in Makati (Glorietta 5 site)
