About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Lead, Human Resources, the Advisor, Human Resources will provide HR support to our functional groups and is responsible for the entire full employee life cycle. This is an 18-month temporary position based out of our Calgary office.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an effective ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. You will possess the ability to positively influence, partner with, and coach others, fostering collaboration and growth within the team, being capable of working independently on projects from start to finish, demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
