Job Description:

The Role: HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Support (Contract) 

  • Entegris Korea is seeking an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Support to support end-to-end recruitment operations and HR administrative processes. 

  • This role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition support activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, HRIS data management, and onboarding documentation, while also supporting HR projects such as statutory document digitization and onboarding process improvements on a project basis. 

In this role you will: 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Talent Acquisition Support 

  • Support end-to-end recruitment operations for Korea across all functions. 

  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. 

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate communications. 

  • Manage recruitment data and candidate records in HRIS (Workday), ensuring accuracy and timely updates. 

  • Support offer generation and onboarding coordination for new hires. 

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, especially production and site leaders. 

  • Support campus recruitment activities and related hiring events. 

 

2. HR Operations & HRIS Support 

  • Support daily HR administrative matters related to employee lifecycle. 

  • Assist with employee data management and documentation in Workday. 

  • Support rollout and stabilization of new HRIS-related processes at sites. 

  • Assist with onboarding-related documentation and process improvements. 

 

3. HR Projects (Project-Based) 

  • Support HR projects such as:  

  • Digitization of statutory HR documents. 

  • Implementation of systems for managing statutory documents for new hires. 

  • Onboarding process improvements. 

  • Participate in project planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Assist in reviewing statutory documents in consultation with labor experts. 

  • Support vendor and system solution review for HR projects. 

  • Review existing personnel files and support conversion to compliant soft-copy formats in line with internal policies. 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

  • 0–1+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields (Fresh graduates welcome).  

  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.  

  • Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  

  • Basic understanding of HR systems and processes is preferred.  

  • Ability to build strong relationships in a matrix organization.  

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
