What GPO Membership Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
The Advisor, GPO Membership Operations (Onboarding) position is a critical role for the success of our Cardinal Health Specialty GPO’s. This Advisor is responsible for creating and managing manufacture membership rosters along with partnerships that drive enterprise value with innovation, contract alignment and access; ensuring that manufacturer requirements and protocols are followed. Additionally, this person will support cross-functional departments such as the implementations and contracts teams (for smooth member enrollment into manufacturer contracts/programs). The Advisor will champion ongoing continuous improvement efforts to identify and share best practices across the GPO operations process.
Location: This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be able to work within EST or CST business hours.
Responsibilities
Onboarding GPO Members across 6 GPOs and therapeutic areas monthly and quarterly.
Create, maintain and submit GPO rosters timely to our contracted pharma partners.
Submission of declaration letters and LOCs to pharma partners.
Participate in onboarding hyper care activities and calls
Work cross functionally with other areas of the CAH specialty business to ensure members are loaded to GPO contracts.
Answer all manner of questions around eligibility via GMB.
Assist in resolution of member issues.
Participate in GPO contract redline process specific to membership items.
Lead and facilitate cross-functionally through project work, issue resolution, and best practice implementation.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience working with contracts (or in a role both analytical and involving communication with key stakeholders), preferred
Experience working in Pharma (or with GPOs), preferred not required
Strong interpersonal, verbal, organizational and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at all levels of technical ability and expertise.
Results oriented, strategic thinker, able to work in a team environment and work independently.
Basic Excel experience preferred
Prior experience working with Adobe EchoSign, Docusign, or similar systems preferred

Anticipated Pay Range: $67,500 - $96,300
