Job Description:

The Role: Advisor, Customer Service Shared Service (Contract) 

Customer Service Shared Services works with the regional Customer Service teams and the Directors of Customer Service Operations to help keep the business running smoothly by performing administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

Demonstrates willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization.  You will assist the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with their customer account relationships by (e.g.): 

  • Preparing and sending conformance/analysis certificates to customers. 

  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly account closing  

  • Utilizing SAP & Power BI to export data as needed to build custom reports & update customer portals. 

  • Preparing customer mandated spreadsheets and delivery reports. 

  • Preparing and sending mandated customer documents to customers.

You enjoy repetition and helping others. You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong aptitude for following processes and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You demonstrate a high level of productivity and quality in prioritizing a high number of incoming requests from various individuals timely.  

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 

  • One-year experience using SAP would accelerate the onboarding process. 

  • Ease of use of business digital applications. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate-level expertise, including the ability to generate and export reports, utilize formulas for data analysis, and efficiently manage spreadsheets.  

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others in English (written and oral). Previous international experience and cultural awareness. 

  • Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment 

  • Excellent organizational skills to coordinate task completions timely and effectively. 

  • Detailed-oriented
