Wealth Advice Quality Manager (Plan Writer)

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to join our Advice Quality & Governance Team. As a trusted business partner and subject matter expert, you will work closely with Westpac Advisers to provide high-quality financial advice documents with accurate information that meets the customer’s needs, while aligning with industry best practice, regulatory requirements and internal business rules and guidelines.
Your expertise will help foster strong relationships with our Wealth Office Leadership Team, Wealth Advisers and Consultants. You’ll be assisting in a timely manner with queries and provide training and day-to-day guidance to lift capability and enhance service delivery, creating better customer outcomes.
