  • Ad Trafficking: Manage the end-to-end process of ad trafficking, including campaign setup, creative asset management, and ad tagging, ensuring accurate implementation and timely delivery of campaigns across platforms including self-serve platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google, StackAdapt, Reddit, TikTok, etc), ad management and reporting tools (CM360), and direct publisher buys.
  • Campaign Management and Optimizations: Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics. Implement A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Regularly monitor pacing to ensure campaign goals are achieved. Work directly with paid media team to recommend and implement optimizations.
  • Tag Set-up and Management: Create new and custom tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager, connecting these with events in GA4 and custom conversions in ad platforms.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Compile and analyze data from media platforms and GA4 to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; translate that data into qualitative findings.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks on ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking links to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and best practices. Diagnose ad serving problems and interface with the team and/or clients to identify solutions. Provide recommendations on creative best practices for copy and creative content as needed.

  • Proficiency working in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) and Asana for project management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment handling competing deadlines.
  • Fantastic attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You have a reliable self organization system, and when things go wrong you dive into problem-solving mode.
  • Excellent communication skills. You proactively provide status updates on your work and identify when deadlines may be missed; you provide solutions for problems you identify and can translate technical information and data into insightful analysis.

Preferred skills:

  • Agency experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
