Department Overview

Manager
We are leveraging influencer marketing to help our clients maximize sales while working with our sales organization. 
This position is responsible for launching the operations team to elevate the advertising operation function to the core of the business.  
While taking charge of advertising strategy design, proposal support, sales development,  We will build a system that can design from proposal to delivery to improvement in a single shot. 
This position is to create a team that is directly linked to business growth from scratch.  

Members 
Participate in the launch phase of the Advertising Operations Team. 
By not only providing distribution operations, but also designing hypotheses and proposing improvements, you can acquire operational skills that are directly linked to business growth.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Manager 
- 5+ years of experience in SNS or video advertising 
- Advertising experience of over 10 million yen per month 
- Practical experience with both Meta and Google media  Experience in designing and restructuring account structures  Experience in building operational flow or standardizing business 
- Member development or management experience  Experience in building a mechanism for manual maintenance and knowledge sharing  
- Operation experience linked to influencer measures 
- Organization/Team Startup Experience  

Members 
- 1 year experience in SNS or video advertising 
- Practical experience with Meta or Google management screens 
- Daily/Weekly numerical monitoring experience  Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Spreadsheet, etc.) 
- Reporting / Proposing improvements

Desired Qualifications:
