GE Appliances is seeking a results-driven Advertising Manager to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our portfolio of brands, including Monogram, Café, Profile, and GE Appliances. This role plays a critical part in bringing campaigns to life—ensuring seamless execution across channels, strong cross-functional alignment, and high-quality delivery that reflects our brand standards.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Delivery

Execute integrated advertising campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, business objectives, and target audiences.

Project & Timeline Management

Own day-to-day campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Agency & Partner Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external agency partners, providing clear direction, timely feedback, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Brand, Product, Sales, and broader Marketing teams to align on campaign inputs, messaging, priorities, and execution plans.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance, compile and analyze results, and support ongoing optimization efforts to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Creative & Asset Management

Oversee the development, review, and approval of creative assets—ensuring accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Social Media Execution

Support end-to-end execution of social campaigns, including content capture, scheduling, paid amplification, community engagement, and performance reporting.

AI-Enabled Marketing Execution

Leverage AI-powered tools and marketing technologies to streamline workflows, enhance content development, and generate actionable performance insights.

Consumer-Centric Execution

Apply consumer insights and audience data to ensure campaigns resonate and drive meaningful engagement.

Budget Management

Track and manage campaign-level budgets, including spend monitoring, invoice reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (agency or in-house)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization

  • Familiarity with AI and/or marketing technology tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels

  • Familiarity with marketing, media, and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, media platforms)

  • Experience working with agencies or creative teams on asset development and campaign execution

  • Working knowledge of campaign performance metrics, reporting, and optimization techniques

  • Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing workflows, content creation, or analytics

  • Background in consumer marketing, retail, or agency environments
