Campaign Execution & Delivery
Execute integrated advertising campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, business objectives, and target audiences.
Project & Timeline Management
Own day-to-day campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Agency & Partner Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external agency partners, providing clear direction, timely feedback, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Brand, Product, Sales, and broader Marketing teams to align on campaign inputs, messaging, priorities, and execution plans.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance, compile and analyze results, and support ongoing optimization efforts to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Creative & Asset Management
Oversee the development, review, and approval of creative assets—ensuring accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Social Media Execution
Support end-to-end execution of social campaigns, including content capture, scheduling, paid amplification, community engagement, and performance reporting.
AI-Enabled Marketing Execution
Leverage AI-powered tools and marketing technologies to streamline workflows, enhance content development, and generate actionable performance insights.
Consumer-Centric Execution
Apply consumer insights and audience data to ensure campaigns resonate and drive meaningful engagement.
Budget Management
Track and manage campaign-level budgets, including spend monitoring, invoice reconciliation, and ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (agency or in-house)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
Familiarity with AI and/or marketing technology tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
Familiarity with marketing, media, and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, media platforms)
Experience working with agencies or creative teams on asset development and campaign execution
Working knowledge of campaign performance metrics, reporting, and optimization techniques
Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing workflows, content creation, or analytics
Background in consumer marketing, retail, or agency environments
