Estimated annual base pay: $93,000(minimum) - $121,000(midpoint) - $149,000(maximum)

The Sourcing Engineer I supports the connection among Technology & Development Engineering, Category Management, PLC Project Management, and external suppliers. This role assists with early supplier involvement, supplier discovery, cost and technical studies, and proposal support aligned to technology roadmaps and category strategies. Responsibilities grow with proficiency and demonstrate results.

- Project Leadership: Leads small-scale sourcing projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Cross Team Collaboration: Partners with internal teams and external subject matter experts to integrate sourcing strategies and optimize engineering processes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Acts as a resource for colleagues by providing guidance, training, and expertise in advanced sourcing engineering practices.
- Market Analysis: Evaluates industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and enhance the organization's sourcing strategies and market position.
