$71,612.39 - $110,999.20The Provider Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, CRNAs, certified nurse midwives, psychologists) within Albany Med. This role partners closely with the Director of Physician Recruitment and department leadership to understand hiring needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The Provider Recruiter also represents the organization at professional events and works to build lasting relationships with candidates, programs and professional networks.
